              Safety is our number one concern.  All body jewelry including earrings and belly rings are non refundable. All sales are final in those two departments.  The reason is once the jewelry is worn it now contains bacteria and even though it can be sterilized it wouldn’t be 100% safe.

            You can return accessory items such as necklaces, bracelets, rings, ankle bracelets, and toe rings for a full refund or exchange.   Just simply go to the contact us link and select “Returns & Refund.”  Send us an email explaining the situation and our friendly staff will be happy to assist you. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Once your return is received, it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. You will receive e-mail notification regarding your return or exchange within seven business days. Any unauthorized, improperly packaged returns will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been resized, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
